Buy a word credit top-up

If your monthly word quota runs out before the reset date, you can purchase a top-up — a one-time bundle of additional credits that are available immediately and don't expire until used.

Prerequisites

• You must be on a paid plan (top-ups are not available on the free plan).
• You must be the account owner or billing manager.

Steps

1. Click your profile icon and open Profile or Billing.
2. Click Buy Top-Up (this button is only shown when can_buy_topups is enabled on your account).
3. Choose the top-up bundle size.
4. Click Buy — you'll be redirected to Stripe checkout.
5. Complete the payment. Credits are added to your account immediately.

How top-up credits work

• Top-up credits are added on top of your monthly subscription quota.
• They are used after your subscription quota is exhausted.
• Unused top-up credits carry over to the next month (unlike subscription quota, which resets monthly).
• Top-up credits are non-refundable.
