This guide shows how to access support, what help is available at each plan level, and how to escalate technical or linguistic questions when needed.


💬 In-App Support

All users can access help directly inside the app:

  • Click the ❓ icon in the bottom right corner
  • Start a live chat with our support team
  • Browse help articles or guides without leaving your workspace

We respond to most messages within a few hours during EU and US business hours.

For more complex questions or file-specific issues, email us at:

Include:

  • Your email or organization name
  • The affected project or file
  • A short description of the issue
  • (Optional) Screenshots or error messages

We’ll route your request to the right person — whether it’s technical, billing, or linguistic.

👨‍💼 Professional Project Support

If you’ve ordered a professional service (e.g. MTPE, revision, full translation):

  • You’ll be assigned a project coordinator
  • They will keep you updated and can answer any project-specific questions
  • For urgent issues, reply directly to your project email thread

🛠 Technical Issues

If something isn’t working as expected:

  • Try refreshing your browser and clearing cache
  • Make sure your file type is supported
  • Check our file tips guide
  • If the issue persists, contact support

Our engineers monitor system performance and will investigate anything unusual.


🧠 Tips Before Contacting Support

To get faster, more accurate help:

  • Include file names or job IDs
  • Mention what browser or device you’re using
  • Describe what you expected vs. what happened
  • If translation quality is the concern, specify if AI or human service was used
