Organizations allow you to manage multiple users, roles, and billing profiles under one roof. Each organization can contain multiple teams, and each team can own and manage its own projects.

Global Roles​

Scoped Roles (per organization or team)​

  • Organization Manager: Manages teams, invites users, and assigns billing
  • Team Manager: Manages users and projects within a team
  • Project Contributor: Can upload, edit, and manage translations
  • Editor Only: Limited to editing content within assigned tasks

Roles can be updated by team/organization managers at any time.
