Anyone can sign up for Taia and start translating immediately using the free plan.

🏢 Organizations and Teams
Organizations allow you to manage multiple users, roles, and billing profiles under one roof. Each organization can contain multiple teams, and each team can own and manage its own projects.

- Legal departments managing document translations
- Translation and localization teams with internal reviewers
🔐 Roles and Permissions
Global Roles
- Admin: Full platform access, billing management, organization setup
- Client: Default role for users without team/organization affiliation
Scoped Roles (per organization or team)
- Organization Manager: Manages teams, invites users, and assigns billing
- Team Manager: Manages users and projects within a team
- Project Contributor: Can upload, edit, and manage translations
- Editor Only: Limited to editing content within assigned tasks
Roles can be updated by team/organization managers at any time.

Each organization can have one or more billing accounts:
- Link billing to teams
- Consolidate invoicing

👥 Inviting Team Members
You can invite users by email to:
- Join your organization and assigned team

They’ll receive an invite link that guides them through signup or login, automatically connecting them to your workspace.
