1. Upload Your File​

  • Taia preserves original formatting automatically

2. Choose Language Pair(s)​

  • Select from 200+ supported languages
  • Smart detection available for source language

3. Choose How You Want It Translated​

You have three options:

  • AI Translation Only: Instant output using advanced AI
  • Edit Translation: Open the CAT Editor to review and refine AI output
  • Order Human Translation: Request MTPE, revision, or proofreading services

4. Use CAT Editor (Optional)​

  • Edit and review segments
  • Use translation memory and glossary suggestions
  • Leave comments and track changes

5. Download or Continue​

  • Download translated documents in original layout
  • Invite teammates, assign tasks, or escalate to professional linguists

6. Team Management and Billing (Optional)​

  • Invite team members
  • Assign roles and permissions
  • Track usage and manage billing centrally
