Providing Feedback
Your feedback helps us improve Taia — from translation quality to user experience and new feature development.
This guide explains the different ways you can share your thoughts, report issues, and request improvements.
💬 In-App Feedback
You’ll often see feedback prompts directly inside the app — for example:
- After completing a translation
- When editing in the CAT Editor
- When ordering a professional service
These help us understand how well the system worked for your specific content or workflow.
🧠 Quality Feedback (AI or Human)
If a translation result isn’t up to your expectations:
- Open the project or file
- Click “Leave Feedback” (or use the comment box in the editor)
- Describe the issue: e.g. wrong term, missing segment, tone mismatch
- (Optional) Suggest what would be better
This applies to:
- AI translations
- Post-edited jobs
- Full human translation deliveries
We use your input to improve AI suggestions, train linguists, and enhance future projects.

✅ Feedback That Helps
When leaving feedback, try to include:
- File name or project ID
- Language pair
- What the issue was (and where it occurred)
- Your suggestion or preferred terminology/tone
Example:
“In slide 3, ‘onboarding’ was translated as ‘Anmeldung’ in German. We prefer ‘Einführung’ in our tone guide.”
Thanks for helping us build a better translation platform.
