Choose the right quality tier

When ordering a Professional translation, you choose between three quality tiers. This guide explains what each tier includes and when to use it.

The three tiers

How to decide

Use Essential when:

  • The content is internal (memos, meeting notes, internal reports)
  • Speed matters more than perfect wording
  • You will review the output yourself before publishing

Use Enhanced when:

  • The content will be seen by customers or prospects
  • Brand consistency and natural-sounding language matter
  • You're localizing a website, app, or marketing campaign

Use Ultimate when:

  • The content has legal or regulatory implications
  • Errors could have financial or safety consequences
  • You need a certified translation (court documents, contracts, medical records)
